We issue Electrical Safety Certificates (Landlord Certificate) for insurance purpose, building control, local Council landlords or Legal safeguard
We carry out Periodic Inspection Reports for several local Estate Agencies, often collecting keys for access to properties at their convenience with the assurance that all our staff will leave as proof a valid ID: i.e. Valid driver’s Licence or Passport*

Some examples of problems we have discovered whilst carrying out pre purchase checks and periodic inspections: - nails used as rewirable fuses in old boards, double sockets above baths, mains lighting in a shower, 500w halogen floodlights screwed to floorboards in dining room, shower and cooker cabled up using bell wire, next door knocking hole through loft and using your electricity, inadequate earthing, old cable crumbling, connector blocks used to joint cables, burnt sockets, switches and consumer units, over heated lighting terminal, non waterproof sockets over sinks and baths, cables gnarled by vermin in attics, multiple rooms inadequately supplied from one circuit i.e. overload circuits, garden socket with no earth fault protection - "Electric shock protection" etc.
